Spin® and TRX Workout
This combination of Spinning® and a TRX workout can't be beat!
Clients will start out with 30 min of Spinning® intervals to the hottest music videos around.
The second half of the class will be spent working with our TRX suspension sytem, bosu balls, as well as free weights for toning up from head to toe.
