1) I already belong to a gym that offers classes, why should I come to Cutting Edge Fitness?
The answer is simple, there is nothing like it. We take your traditional workouts and make them fun, unique, and most importantly, you will see results from our classes. From our Music Videos and Virtual Spinning, to our small group class setting, Cutting Edge Fitness offers exceptional workout routines with world class instructors to give you the individualized attention to ensure that you achieve the workout goals you desire.
Additionally, Cutting Edge Fitness of Boca Raton has NO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES; you simply pay-by-the-class or choose to purchase a package of classes for significant savings.
2) What if I have an injury, can I still take your classes?
The simple answer is, of course you can. Many people are prescribed Pilates as Physical Therapy to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. Additionally, as long as you make our instructors aware, they will make sure to adjust movements in our various classes in such a way so as not to aggravate your injury. The number one rule, though, is if you feel discomfort or pain for any reason, listen to your body, and give yourself some time to heal.
3) I consider myself to be at a beginner's level in any class I take, will I still be able to workout at Cutting Edge Fitness?
We know that each individual varies in his or her fitness level and goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or both, our workouts are geared towards individuals of any level. Our Pilates Classes are small (10 people or less), and enable our instructors to be able to conduct classes while paying attention to each student and their level of comfort with every movement. We also offer different levels of classes so that you can attend a class you and feel comfortable.
Our Spinning Classes allows you to control your own pace, so as to be able to burn maximum calories while feeling comfortable at the same time. Our Cutting Edge Signature Class combines cardio, core, and strength training that enable our students to change the resistance to any level they feel comfortable with.
Cutting Edge Fitness also offers each one of our classes to be taken in Private or Semi-Private training sessions so that if we don't offer a class time that fits your schedule, you can set up a private session with one of our qualified personal Instructors.
4) What would you suggest so as to get maximum results from your workout routines and exceptional classes?
A workout program that combines cardiovascular training,core strengthening, weight training, and flexibility will ultimately provide the best results to anybody looking to get into top physical shape. Our various classes allow our students to achieve these results by attending different classes several days each week. We suggest the following regimen:
At least one Pilates class per week to strengthen your core and lengthen your muscles, The Cutting Edge Workout Class combining Cardio and Strength Training, Spinning for a cardio workout like no other, as well as one of our Dance Aerobics or yoga classes.
