I have loved fitness since I was old enough to walk. I started swimming competitively with AAU teams and eventually won a bronze metal in the Junior Olympics when I was 13 (200 meter individual medley). It was my life always training, and back in those years our coach had us doing strengthening exercises using weights. My passion continued as I was active in dance and gymnastics. I coached my daughters cheerleading team. I was inspired to help people enjoy the same results as I had both mentally and physically through exercise.
I have changed many lives through my work as a trainer for the past 30 years. I also have competed in many competitions: The Crystal light aerobic championships, Miss Fitness USA (national finalist) I know the dedication it takes to achieve my goals and through my years of experience I will inspire and change many more lives. My daughter and son have grown up with my philosophy and this love for fitness- which has become a daily part of there lives. My daughter and I have always dreamed of opening a facility to help and inspire people and help them achieve there fitness goals. We want to make a healthy lifestyle change for people. Fitness is a way of life.
I am certified with AFAA, Spinning, Power Plate, Pilates Reformer and Tower, Fitness Institute and have been involved in continuing education and workshops to stay up-to-speed with the latest fitness developments.

Rebecca then continued her dance career aboard a Cruise Ship sailing through South America, before she joined the amazing cast of Donn Arden'sJubilee! at Bally's Las Vegas. Rebecca was most recently contacted to dance in Guam in the Cirque style production of Dream. Rebecca realized her passion for Pilates when she found what a drastic effect it had on her strength, postural alignment and body awareness. I have always believed that the better you look the better you feel (and conversely), the better you are. I have been exercising since I am thirteen and have experienced a lot of trends in the fitness industry over the last 20+ years. When I graduated from University of Florida I moved back home to New York and enjoyed the high paced fashion industry in Manhattan as a buyer, but even with great success, I did not feel fulfilled. I started to moonlight and teach Spin at 5 am before work and 8 pm after work. I loved waking up for people to entertain and inspire them, and I loved being the last part of their day. I needed to do more!I continue to acquire new certifications and over the last 10 years and I have taken that passion and creative energy and merged them to fulfill my ideal career! I currently teach Spin, Kettleball, Bosu, Sculpt, Kickboxing, Gliders, Step and Boot Camp type classes, and personal training. I have two beautiful children at home so I understand everyday life complications and excuses. But I will inspire you to keep at it and believe in yourself. Everyone deserves time for themselves. I am known for my enthusiasm, passion and genuine caring for those who I teach/train. I want to help you help yourself! I am certified through AFAA, Johnny G Spin, PIA, Resist-a-ball, and Urban Rebounding.
I have been in the fitness industry approaching four years, focusing on group classes, one-on-one training, and nutritional counseling. My love and passion for fitness andnutrition (they go hand-in-hand) started when I incorporated it into my own lifestyle. Moving to Florida from New York opened my eyes, WOW... All of my peers had perfect beach-bodies (up North we would cover ourselves in layers of clothes), so how could I feel comfortable going to the beach and playing with my friends?! The only way would be to change my sereditary lifestyle and GET GOING!! With proper nutrition and daily exercise, not only did my confidence goup, so did my energy levels, and my waist went down. The results were there, I'm walking proof!!
I am a certified personal trainer through NFPT, Johnny Gspin instructor, mat Pilates, and core/sculpt conditioning trainer. Presently, I am enrolled in The Institute of Integrated Nutrition through ColumbiaUniversity and upon graduation I will be a certified nutritional counselor. Ilike to incorporate FUN into fitness and have my students get healthy, safely!!
